The flat is located on the edge of the hearth of the historical center of Malaga. This location is perfect for visiting all the points of interest of Malaga and at only 17 minutes walking from the beach. The surroundings are calm and very safe. The space The flat has been completely renovated by July 2020 and is very bright and spacious. It can comfortably host up to 5 persons. All the furniture is brand new and aimed to let you come only with your clothes and feel like at home. The flat is composed of: -large living room with TV "smart TV", sofa, an armchair that converts into a comfortable 80 cm X 200 cm bed, and A/C -double room with queen size bed 160 cm x 200 cm, a large closet, a desk and a chair, and reversible A/C -double room with 140 cm X 200 cm bed, a large closet, a desk and a chair, and reversible A/C -one bathroom with large shower, two sinks, toilet, bidet, and a modern washing machine -one bathroom with large shower, sink, and toilet -a spacious kitchen fully equipped with fridge, oven, micro wave oven, induction cooking plates, coffee machine, kettle, and dish washer The flat has internet by optical fiber, with 100MBps throughput and the signal is well received from all the rooms of the apartment. Guest access The flat is rented as a whole unit. We provide bed sheets, towels, and shower gel / shampoo. Other things to note -Optic fiber internet. Internet speed test: download 59MBPS / upload 360 MBPS -All the windows of the flat face the residence courtyard, from the 3rd floor. In the courtyard are installed the air condtioner units of every flat as well as the clotheslines. The flat does not have any accessible courtyard as it is on the 3rd floor and the floor of the courtyard in at 1st floor and belongs to the flats of the 1st floor. The flat has no street views. -The building where the apartment is located is the home place of families who wake up every morning to go to work, and value their tranquility.
