Our Cottage is a relaxed year round home, a wonderful place to get away and recharge! The Cottage is a two story home with one bedroom downstairs, and two more bedrooms upstairs, a full bath that is split into two rooms, and an enclosed screen porch. We are situated on Higley Flow of the Raquette River. The space Our property offers guests the ability to get away from it all, with some creature comforts of home! We always feel relaxed and renewed after our visits and want to share that experience with you! Our new property next door, Bayview at Pine Point can be booked in conjunction with The Cottage for families vacationing together which offers unique getaway opportunities! If the two properties are booked together, it provides sleeping arrangements for 14. Guest access Our guests have private access to our two story home, screened porch and front porch; as well as the one acre grounds. Beyond the private property of The Cottage, we share our waterfront with our neighbors, which you have full access to use. We do insist the waterfront is cleaned up when not in use to ensure everyone can share the space comfortably. We attempt to keep our belongings to one side of the space to allow everyone freedom to move about! We also ask that holes/trenches in the sand and toys are put away when not in use so no one trips. The Cottage offers a washer and dryer in the basement if you chose to use it. Other things to note The Cottage offers parking space for four vehicles comfortably. If additional vehicles are necessary, please contact me for parking options. The road must be kept accessible for others. Please note- due to where we live, our WiFi is a satellite service which is dependent on the weather. Therefore we can not ensure coverage.
