Completely renovated in 2023! Our charming home is just a short walk or drive away from the city’s best offerings as well as being located just minutes away from Wake Forest University’s campus. Walk through the front door of this little brick house and feel right at ease in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to a lively campus and thriving downtown. Our home is perfect for larger groups! Find out together why Winston Salem is a top choice for an easy weekend getaway. The space The home has room to sleep a large group. With four bedrooms, up to 12 people can stay in the house. There are two bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. The living area and outside porch provide additional spaces for groups to gather. Guest access The home has a lock and key pad. We will provide a personalized code to enter prior to the beginning of your stay! Other things to note We are glad for our guests to celebrate exciting life events. However, when this is done, the home should be returned to its prior condition. Because of the difficulty to clean, it is specifically prohibited for guests to use glitter on the property. If we find glitter or remnants of glitter, there will be a $200 cleaning fee for the deep cleaning necessary to return the home to it’s prior condition. Please do not bring glitter into the home.
