TV(Chromecat is ready!)/Pocket WiFi are all provided! The space The house is only 7 minutes Horikiri-shobuen Station, great hub between Airport and tourist attractions. Quite easy to come from both Narita and Haneda airport! It's perfect for up to 12 adults with 2 large bedrooms and 1 living/dining room. We never put different Airbnb guests at the same time, so if you book, it's all yours! In this house you can use entire house by yourself with 2 bed rooms and 1 veranda room, 1 big living/dining room, large bath room with bus tub (Full automated heating/reheating function), toilets with washlet. There are x3 double beds, x1 double sofa bed, x1 single sofa bed, x3 single futon. We only provide futon if you are more than 7 people unless you specifically ask us in advance. (For the house with balcony) If you smoke at balcony, please place cigarettes, cigar butts and ashes in your compact ashtray. A cleaning fee of 50,000 Yen will be charged when traces of cigarette smoke is found in the room. ・Please do not put cardboard/big outer case without any notification. If you put these, will charge additional 100 USD. ・Please understand before you book that our house is getting old so sometimes there are bugs especially in summer. We try to get rid of them as much as we can but can not be perfect. We apologize for any inconvenience and ask for your understanding. We appreciate your kind understanding.
