Parking Instructions: Sophari Tower consists of two towers: South and North. The parking garage is located underneath both towers and has separate entrances. As a guest with parking privileges, you will receive two key fobs. One is for accessing the parking garage gate, and the other grants access to the building amenities, including the elevator, gym, leasing office, and pool. Key and Fob Replacement: Losing a key fob or key incurs a replacement fee of $200 per fob and $50 per key. Please report any lost items promptly to avoid an additional $50 inconvenience fee. Parking Considerations: Please note that parking spaces are compact, and availability for larger vehicles is limited. Additionally, we can accommodate second vehicles based on availability. Ticketing and Towing: If you park in an unauthorized space and receive a ticket or your vehicle is towed, we cannot be held responsible for any associated bills or retrieval coordination. One-Hour Free Parking: For added convenience, there is a one-hour free parking option near the center of the garage stairwell. Feel free to use this in case you have additional parking needs during your stay.
