Welcome to this spacious guest apartment. It's great for a family or small group. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located apartment. Great view, relaxing space, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Only 3 miles to the I-205 freeway! The space Beautiful spacious guest house off of the main home. Separate entrance and far enough from the main living area to feel very private and secluded. Enjoy open living, dining, & kitchen floor plan. One of the first things to notice is the beautiful view of the valley from the main living space. Whether you are enjoying your morning coffee, an evening beverage, or anything in between, you will find yourself sitting and relaxing, taking it all in. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for sitting or sleeping, depending on your needs. There is plenty of room to spread out given the open floor plan. The main bedroom with a queen bed that sits back behind the second bedroom bunk area. The bunk area has a full mattress on the bottom and a twin above it. (Please note, these rooms are joined together. You must walk through the bunk room to get to the main bedroom. There is a door to separate them, but they are still connected). This makes a wonderful space for a small group or families to stay & enjoy the surrounding area of Portland. Perfectly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Being in Happy Valley, you are just a few minutes from groceries, shopping, and freeway access, only 11.8 miles to Portland. Guest access The guest apartment is a private space, with no shared access. Other things to note There's a gravel pathway from the street that leads to stairs. These stairs lead down to the unit. Heavy luggage does not roll well in gravel. This unit is considered a two bedroom, the two rooms (main and bunk) are connected. There is a door separating the two rooms, but you must walk through the bunk room to get into the main bedroom. I like for people to be fully aware of what they are booking. This unit is connected to a larger home. It may be possible to hear normal family sounds, although the space is insulated and set up to minimize the noise as much as possible.
