The space This is an approximately 400 sq ft open floor plan studio with a kitchenette and bathroom with a glass enclosed shower. It is apportioned with a very large standalone closet, powerful ceiling fan, strong Heater/AC, and lots of light pouring in from the windows and sliding glass door. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire guesthouse and a private patio. There is also a shared back yard, and washer/dryer facilities. Other things to note Guests should know that occasionally the owners' grandchildren may be on the property using the shared yard space. But don't worry they are adorable good little kids!
