studio apartment/ cottage that is newly remodeled Completely separate from main house, private entrance. There’s a king size bed with fresh linens. 18 miles to Bois d’Arc lake and 23 miles to lake coffee mill king size bed, couch with a twin size pullout bed and all the essentials of home. Separate bathroom, fresh bedding, full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, large tv with all leading tv apps . Fire pit available to use extra charge for fire starter, and wood.🪵 The space A country setting! Remote, Quiet and Relaxing. The cottage is newly remodeled, sits next to the main house but is completely private. Large updated studio like apartment. Clean and homey feeling. King size bed, pull out double size bed also in the couch. Extra linens and pillow’s are always available. We love our fur babies and yours are welcome as well with a $35fee per dog for dogs under 15 pounds. (If you have questions please message me) Please be responsible and take your dog outside often. Extra cleaning fee may be applied for animals. We’re not responsible for anything that happens to animals while on the property Absolutely NO smoking or vaping inside the cottage. There is plenty of room outside. There’s also a table with umbrella for shade and four chairs located right outside the cottage for guests to enjoy. Please respect our property as it is your own ♥️ Guest access Must provide ID if needed, be over 21, Private access, when booking is finished we will provide the code Cottage is located east of the main house right off the country road (willow street) There’s plenty of room for parking. Easy access WiFi porter available Other things to note Please be careful with barn door located inside the cottage when going into the restroom. Push Gently!! Also watch your step when coming out of the bathroom. There are small and large dogs that live on the property. We do everything we can to keep them calm when we have guests but again this is their home. Small dogs that are house trained and are welcome with a $35 fee PER pet 🐶 other fees may apply if bringing a pet as well. Such as extra cleaning fee if needed. There is NOT an available fence for a pet but plenty of room to have your pet on a leash to use the restroom. We are not responsible for any accidents that occur with your pet while staying with us so please keep them on a leash with you during your stay.
