A room near a park

The room is cheap. The catch is: the house is being renovated and downstairs is quite a mess, sorry. The room/bathroom/toilet are clean but the floor in the corridor needs to be laid, etc. If this does not bother you, you are welcome to stay and your payment will be taken with gratitude to support the renovating project. A kettle, tea/coffee and a bowl for noodles are availalbe in the room.
