Enjoy bird song and lush views from your private, quiet, sunlit craftsman studio. It's like a stay at Fantasy Island! But in a timeless ole mountain town. The space Nestled in the breezy hills with skylights and lots of windows, the house is cozy and peaceful. The kitchen and bathroom are nicely sized and the layout is really sensible. The porch is great too as an extra little office. There is a shared wall in the back that connects to the 2rd bedroom of another unit, it has been sound proofed so no real noise transfer. Guest access There is a beautiful shared garden out back with lots of nooks and crannies for repose, reading, yoga and reflection. The sunsets are stunning. Ground your feet on the grass, lay in the hammock, hang out with the neighbor's aloof cats, and the usual squirrels, lizards, birds and bees . . . Laundry is shared outside under the stairs where there is also access to 2nd half bath if needed. Other things to note Baxter Street is the 3rd steepest hill in LA, this is not generally a problem as my driveway is fairly easy to pull into. You've got a designated parking spot right in front and street parking is available for guests.
