The space The apartment is divided into two completely independent studio apartments: one for guests and the other where I live. Both have direct access and there is no need to cross through other areas of the apartment. Photo number 11 shows the main entrance, with the guest studio apartment door on the left, my door in the center, and the kitchen on the right. It is a closed complex with controlled access, green areas and a small decorative lake. It is located on the third and top floor, which provides plenty of natural light. Although there is no elevator, the stairs are spacious and comfortable, with breaks in each section, ideal for those who enjoy a little daily exercise. Guest access In addition to the private studio apartment, guests will have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen (only with me), and a laundry area (washer and dryer) located in front of their space, which guarantees total independence. They will also have a covered parking lot, perfect if they come by vehicle. Other things to note It is a residential neighborhood north of Bogotá. The location is ideal, on 147th Street, a nice place to walk. Just a few steps away, you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, drugstores, laundromats, and beauty salons. Everything is within reach and there is home delivery if you prefer! Public transport passes in front, and a few blocks away you will find the TransMilenio station.
