The terms are: - As a cat lives here already 'Benson' he is very good looking and very chill so your dog must not want to hurt cats. - No dogs on the furniture or beds please. - You must pick up after them and dispose in the bins provided. PRIVATE HOME EVERY FORTNIGHT Cooinda is a family home every fortnight during the week. My three children, myself, our dog Timber and our cat Benson live here. Although people and Timber will not be present during your stay our cat Benson will be and he of course will require feeding which we would be grateful for your assistance. Meow. Although it might be obvious I would like to note that although I clean the house completely and the animals are not allowed in the bedrooms, this house would not be suitable for guests that have allergies to cats or dogs. OTHER If you do choose to stay at Coorinda, I welcome you. I know you will enjoy it here and I thank you for looking after it as though it was your own. Here's to a warm hug in a happy place! Guest access You will have access to the entire home and large backyard. The only area locked away for private storage is the large garage beside the house. As this is a family home there are certain wardrobes and cupboards that are private and will be locked. In the storage room before the laundry there will be a number of personal items that I please ask remain untouched and unused. Thank you for respecting this request. There will be basic food items in the kitchen cupboards and fridge that you are free to use. Other things to note The backyard has some building equipment such as corrugated iron sheets which have shape edges, so please keep this in mind with children about. Please ensure there is no climbing on these materials as it will damage and can cause a safety hazard for the children. We have lovely neighbours so please respect them. Again to reiterate, this is a family home. Please respect all contents/ornaments. This house is home to an extremely chill cat Benson, he is used to dogs. The house is clean and is free of any animal odours. I kindly ask you feed Benson during your stay. This is the first time I have offered our home for AirBNB guests. I am very house proud and care a lot for people and my intention is that you as my guests have the best possible stay you can have. I will endeavour to improve this space for comfort and positive memories for my guests. Registration Details PID-STRA-43645
