All guests' IDs must be submitted in advance, with a submission cut-off time of 3PM of the day before check-in. The toilet paper, toiletries, 3-in-1 coffee are basically provided for the first night of stay. A convenient store(Alfamart) is located on the ground floor for your extra needs. ♥ Pool . Fee is ₱150 per swimmer per day (₱300 on holidays). Max 4 pax. authorized stay guests. 8AM-10PM. . For your convenience, we can purchase the pool vouchers in advance to avoid wasting your time by long queueing at the cashier. *Kindly indicate how many BEFORE your check-in. Full amount goes to property admin without service fee. Voucher payment in cash upon check-in is fine. Vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE, but with no expiry date. *Otherwise, you can purchase at the admin office (M-F 9AM-5PM *except holidays). . Proper swimming attire . Food and colored drinks are not allowed near the pool. . Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and must not be disappeared. ♥ Gym . Laundry shop SUDS is just located steps out our lobby. ♥ Pest Control We regularly fumigate the place. Additionally we place baits and provide insect spray in the room. We do our best to keep almost no cockroach seen recently. However it is near to impossible to totally eradicate 100% in a tropical place and condo units connected like ours. DO NOT book if you are overly sensitive to seeing tiny insects; otherwise we seek your kind understanding. Your kind cooperation to finish food/dishes as soonest, not to leave food/dishes or leftover in room at anytime is much helpful. Insect is sensitive to food/dishes to come in from the hallway.
