Barmouth beach house is a Victorian property which sits on the parade overlooking the Abermaw beach, enjoying spectacular views from the large living/dining area whatever the weather. The beach is on the door step across the road and is dog friendly. A great location with something for everyone, from wallking/cycling to water sports. There is plenty to do without leaving Barmouth, however a short drive away you can find Portmerion, Harlech Castle and Cader Idris (to name a few). The space The open plan living space with spectacular views makes for the perfect holiday. The property retains many of its original features with Minton tiles, high ceilings and generous room sizes. The house is able to comfortably accommodate two families spread over the ground and 1st floor. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a King sized bed and is en-suite (bath, basin and lavatory). There is also a twin bedroom on this floor, an additional lounge space and a bathroom (bath with overhead shower, basin and lavatory). The first floor is home to the large living/dining/kitchen giving rise to the wonderful views. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There are two further bedrooms on this floor, a King bedroom and a King bedroom with a single cabin bed. These bedrooms share a shower room with basin and lavatory. There is a separate rear entrance to the property with a utility space including a washing machine, tumble drier and beach shower. Guest access Guests have access to the ground floor with both front and rear entrances. The front door is accessed off the main street and there is a front patio seating area . The back door is accessed from the street behind. The back door leads into a utility which has a beach shower ideal for washing off the sand and the dogs before heading inside. Other things to note - The accommodation is on the ground floor and first floor of the property. There is a flat above which has separate access off the rear street. - Please bring your own beach towels - The single cabin bed does not have safety rails and therefore is not suitable for young children - There is a highchair and travel cot available at request (please bring your own linen) - Parking is roadside
