Paris - beautiful duplex with south-facing terrace

Enjoy Parisian life in an apartment that is as family-friendly as it is stylish, located on a semi-pedestrian street, a few steps from the Marais. The apartment is perfectly quiet although located in an extremely lively area, a few minutes from the Saint Martin Canal, Arts et Métiers and the Marais district. Its magnificent 30 m2 terrace, facing south, has a view of the rooftops and two atmospheres - dining and relaxation. The space Our apartment is a 130 m2 duplex located on the 5th and 6th floors of a beautiful building dating back to 1771. The roof is listed in the Historical Monuments Register. The building does not have an elevator. On the 5th floor are a large space with open kitchen, dining room and living room, the master bedroom (140 x 200 cm double bed) with its bathroom, as well as separate toilets. The floor is bathed in light thanks to its double exposure: view of the courtyard from the kitchen, north side, and access to our 30 m2 terrace on the south side from the living room and the master suite. In the entrance of the apartment, a staircase leads to the 6th floor with two children's bedrooms of 11 m2 each, and a shower room. Each bedroom has a single bed of 90 x 200 cm.
