Hillside Cottage is a whole house rental in downtown Hermann. It is 1300 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths. There is a full kitchen with all the appliances and dishes. The living room and open concept kitchen is a great space for gathering with friends and family. There is a lovely patio to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. It is located 1/2 block off Market St, so it is walking distance to shopping, wineries, restaurants, and bars. Note: Price includes 5% Hermann City Tax The space Hillside Cottage has 4 bedrooms, two on the main floor and two upstairs. There is also a full bath on each floor. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds and the other bedroom has two twins. The cozy living room has a sofa and chairs and opens into the kitchen to create a large gathering space. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pans, utensils and even the wine glasses. There is a nice outdoor patio with a dining table and 8 chairs. It is a great place to catch a little sun with coffee in the morning and shade in the afternoon just in time for a glass of wine. The Hillside Cottage has free Wifi but no TV. The house sits on a hill and there is a flight of stairs to get to the main level. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and patio.
