Hillside Cottage is a whole house rental in downtown. It is 1300 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths. There is a full kitchen with all the appliances and dishes. The living room and open concept kitchen is a great space for gathering with friends and family. There is a lovely patio to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. It is located 1/2 block off Market St, so it is walking distance to shopping, wineries, restaurants, and bars. Note: Prices include 5% Hermann City Tax Hillside Cottage has 4 bedrooms, two on the main floor and two upstairs. There is also a full bath on each floor. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds and the other bedroom has two twins. The cozy living room has a sofa and chairs and opens into the kitchen to create a large gathering space. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pans, utensils and even the wine glasses. There is a nice outdoor patio with a dining table and 8 chairs. It is a great place to catch a little sun with coffee in the morning and shade in the afternoon just in time for a glass of wine. The Hillside Cottage has free Wifi but no TV. The house sits on a hill and there is a flight of stairs to climb to get to the main level. Guests will have access to the entire house and patio. There is a washer and dryer in the basement I travel a lot but I have a local contact for emergencies if I am not there. Located downtown Hermann, 6 blocks from the Amtrak station. You can walk to the restaurants, wineries, bars and shopping. It is a residential neighborhood so please respect our neighbors. Call the Trolley and he will pick you up in front. There are also several Uber drives in town and a limo company. We are located 6 blocks from Amtrak so it is a very easy walk if you are coming to Hermann by train. The price local sales tax. State sales tax is charged separately. The Cottage is located on a hill and there are stairs to get to the main floor and the second floor.
