Equipped with smart home technology including Googl WiFi for indoor and outdoor coverage, Googl wireless cameras (outdoors only), Nest Doorbell and Nest Front Door entry lock for easy access to the main entrance. Vaulted ceilings in the living room with a 70 " Vizio TV w/ YouTube TV and large stone fireplace. Master bedroom suite includes a king size bed and 65” Vizo TV and private bathroom with large tub, separate shower and bathroom with a large walk-in closet. Main guest room off the hallway includes a queen bed and spacious closet. Private wing includes a 2nd guest room with a twin over full bunk bed with a desk and working space. Outside you will find a beautiful backyard with a spacious covered patio with a Weber BBQ, automated landscape lighting and a hot tub.
