Live to the fullest an unforgettable vacation in the lively and baroque city of Catania. ● Art Nouveau apartment, video surveillance, modern, practical ●Spacious and bright rooms, with access to a private balcony ●Central location, just minutes from the city's main attractions The space How are the spaces and rooms set up? •The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 14 people in 5 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms; 2 triple bedrooms and 1 quadruple bedroom). • All rooms are spacious and bright, with access to a private balcony, air conditioning, independent heating, and internet connection. • The apartment has a floor plan of about 200 m², characterized by 9m high domed roofs enriched with decorations/frescoes that give a lot of light and harmony. •The space is super cozy and you sleep divinely on orthopedic mattresses, memory foam pillows and overall you can take advantage of new furniture, which creates a clean and tidy environment where you will feel very pampered and at ease. • The kitchen is complete with everything, including basic food products such as coffee, oil, salt, sugar, and local spices, and there are all the necessary utensils to prepare a lunch at home if you wish. Guest access In the immediate vicinity you can take advantage of supermarkets, pharmacies, bakery, tobacco shop, restaurants, pubs, bathing establishments, swimming pool, hairdresser and wellness center. •We are just 5" from the Alibus stop to/from Catania airport and as main neighboring attractions we have Villa Bellini, Botanical Garden, Roman Amphitheater, Fish Market, Market, Piazza del Duomo and much more.
