Absolute waterfront 3-bedroom villa located on the shore of the Benoa peninsula, a few minutes away from the popular Nusa Dua, a resort enclave that offers a wide choice of restaurants, boutiques, spas, shopping centers and, of course, resorts. The bay in front of the property is perfect to admire views, but not suitable for swimming because of its shallow bottom (especially on low tide when the sea retreats). The space Outdoor living areas This lovely property is characterised by a large outdoor area, a space dominated by a well sized swimming pool. From here, or from one of the two lovely and shaded gazebos, you will enjoy stunning views and share unforgettable memories with your family or friends. Indoor living areas The air-conditioned living room of the villa will offer a view over the ocean thanks to its large floor-to-ceilings glass doors. This spacious room comprises a TV lounge corner with sofas, a kitchen with bar counter and a dining table. Bedrooms The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms. The master suite is located on the upper floor and features a double bed, a terrace with sitting area and view, and an en-suite bathroom complete with closet, bathtub and shower. The other two guest bedrooms are located on the ground floor, just adjacent to the living area, one furnished with a king size bed and one with twin beds. The en-suite bathrooms of these rooms also boast built-in closets and showers. Staff The villa is serviced by a friendly staff. The team, which comprises a supervisor, maids, maintenance and security, will take care of the villa. Daily breakfast is also included in the rate, it will be cooked in the villa's kitchen by the staff.
