Crosswinds at Lake Anna

Crosswinds at Lake Anna is located on the public side, centrally located, with wide open views of the lake. This house was made for entertaining with a large dining room, open to the easy and fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators for extra food/drink storage. Great for families and holiday/vacationing. Crosswinds is the perfect gathering place for making forever memories your family and friends will look back on and cherish for a lifetime. The hardest part is leaving. No Events Allowed The space Crosswinds is a vacation home with an open concept living space. Great for large families of all ages to visit and spend time together. It is located between two conveniently located marinas and though the waterway can be busy on holiday's and weekends, you will notice a significant change in traffic during the week which yields to a more calm and peaceful atmosphere. The deck runs the full back of the house and also offers a screened porch for evening drinks with plenty of comfortable lounge and table seating for everyone. Main level Three bedrooms located on the main floor to include a king suite with master bath and two accompanying guest bedrooms. One Queen guest room has a fantastic water view while the other queen is coupled with a twin trundle which will allow a small family of four to fit perfectly in one room. Both of these rooms are aside a full bath with tub. The main level living room has a gas fireplace and pool table room that can be closed off from the tv living space. We also have a “leave one, take one” well organized library upstairs for your vacation reading enjoyment. The large dining table and bar will provide seating for 13 indoors and even more on the screened porch and deck. You will find the well stocked kitchen more than accomodating for large holiday/vacation family meals with all the "fixins". Laundry room with extra capacity washer/dryer located on this floor with an addtional full size refridgerator and sink in the pantry room. Lower Level Two additional bedrooms and a small family room located here. Lower level family room has foosball and a large screen TV for the kids. Various toys, blocks and dvd player with expansive dvd collection as well as some children’s books are available here as well for guest use. Water Front Ammenities Spend your days on the waterfront with a slide and swim platform as well as some fun float pads providing hours of water Funtime! Enjoy the convenience of an additional refrigerator to keep your snacks and refreshments cool all day long in the "Crosswinds Cantina Bar" with all the ammenities, fun lighting, disco ball, ceiling fan and Margharita Machine, all for our guests to enjoy. In the evening, laugh and share stories of the day while enjoying smores around the fire pit. Great deep water and room to tie your boat. There is space to park 2 jet skis in our floating Jet ski docks for guest use. Other recreational items available are two kayaks, lifejackets of all sizes, floaties, paddle board and a fishing pole or two provided for guest's enjoyment. iIf you chose to use these added ammenities, it will be at your own risk (hosts will not be responsible for anything that may occur while using) Guest access Crosswinds is located on the public/cold side centrally located on lake Anna. We are in close proximity to two marina's which can meet all your marine service needs such as year-round pontoon rentals, boat launch ramps, fuel, tackle, bait and fishing guide services. Other things to note Looking for a fall or winter Holiday Getaway ? No need to decorate. We take great pleasure in creating a warm holiday environment for your stay with tasteful decorations about the home. Linens will be provided for kitchen, baths, and bedrooms. You will be pleased to be greeted with all beds made up and ready for your arrival, and, no need to strip beds before you leave. After all, this is your vacation❤️. There is also a well stocked coffee bar with a brewed coffee maker, Keurig/assorted Keurig pods, Espresso maker with limited amount of accompanying pods and a wide variety of coffee flavorings to match most anyone’s preference. A roll of paper towels, an additional roll of toilet tissue for each bath and a trash bag in each bin ( with a few extra locates under the kitchen sink) will help get your stay started. For your convenience, multiple bagged up fire bundles with starter kindling are available for guest to purchase, or bundles can be purchased at local near by stores. Guests are also welcome to bring along their own wood supply for the fire pit. All trash must be placed in trash bags before putting it inside the bins located outside the garage (including pizza boxes and cardboard). Trash pick up is weekly and it is hand pulled from the bin. If loose trash or food is found in the bin the trash company will charge an additional fee to disinfect and clean the bin. No smoking, guest pets, or parties allowed please.
