Here you will find an eclectic mix of intriguing designs, styles and amenities that encourage creativity and relaxation. Our space is ideal for a solo trip or small group gathering in the woods. Book now! Serenity awaits! The space A split level double A Frame cabin for you to enjoy the serene beauty of the Los Padres National Forest! The upstairs open floor plan allows everything to flow when together with friends and family. Enjoy your time being warmed by the wood-burning stove, hanging out, cooking, watching movies, playing games, listening to music, eating meals, or relaxing. On the top level you will find the master bedroom with it's own private bathroom & claw foot tub. The main living/dining/kitchen area and office both access the main bathroom & shower. Next to the main room is the separate "Arizona" room for reading, doing yoga or relaxing any other way you see fit. The wrap around deck gives ample outdoor space to enjoy the wildlife during the day or gaze at the stars in the sky at night. Head downstairs to the extra bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a full size bed. The "Vietnam Room" is a second living room where you will find a futon for an additional sleeping arrangement. Downstairs is equipped with full bathroom and allows private access to the front and back yards. BEFORE YOUR TRIP *Check the weather during cold season* Occasionally it snows and the roads an icy freeze over them as it melts. It’s a good idea to get the local weather before heading up the mountain. Plan your grocery list. Frazier Park Market is the last real grocery store before the wilderness. There is a General Store in the PMC village where you will find most of what you need but with a very limited selection and a premium on everything. Frazier park is about a 25 minute from the cabin. On average cold days we typically burn 1/2-1 full bundle of wood. Firewood can be purchased at many stops along the way, including the General Store. Prices range from $5-8 per bundle depending on where you purchase. Guest access Guests can access the cabin through the main door upstairs or the the carport entrance. Other things to note COVID-19 SAFETY is something we take very seriously and are meticulous about. In order to ensure the highest quality of care for our guests and our home we have added a cleaning fee to our booking. CLEANING FEE $150 - this fee covers our cost to the service provider that cleans & sanitizes the cabin before each guest - Should your stay require additional cleaning. A full suite of sanitation & cleaning supplies can be found under the kitchen sink. *DETAILED CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CAN BE FOUND IN THE CABIN BINDER Pine Mountain Club is a mountain community in the Los Padres National Forest. There are environmental safety guidelines set by the local Forest Service and local HOA. NO open fires anywhere outside or on the property NO discharging of any firearms or use of launching devices, including BB guns, air pistols, paintball, pellet, and air soft guns, bows, crossbows, slingshots NO parking on streets unless listed as specific exceptions Do NOT feed wildlife DO NOT keep any trash outside NO loud noise or music past 10P (PLEASE NOTE: the PMC HOA takes the protection, Care and safety of the Los Padres National Forest and its community very seriously.
