Rockaway Beach, walk to local hotspots!

Our place is the perfect getaway for 2 guests. The beautiful beachy space is close to the famous Rockaway Boardwalk! You’ll feel both at home & at peace here. Dining, nightlife, shopping, event spots (Jade & BHYC) just down the block. NYC Ferry is minutes away, free shuttle dropoff down the block. Parties/unregistered guests will be asked to leave & reported to AirBnB. Host is present during guests stay. Please note, no animals (including service/emo support) are permitted. The space Our space is great for relaxing before or after a day at the beach. Right down the block are great restaurants (Pico: we recommend a marg and the crab guac, Jameson's: laid back burgers and beers, Callie's: best roast beef on the peninsula and beautiful outside space and Harbor Light: can't go wrong with anything on the menu! Panini Rustica offers amazing food for breakfast or a beach lunch!). Due to city parking rules there is no street parking on weekends and holidays from May 15-September 30th, there is also no private parking; another great reason to take the ferry and hop on the free shuttle that will leave you just a block away! Guest access Guests will enter the side door and have full access to the guest suite. The owners live on the property, but the guest suite is private with it’s own entry. Other things to note Our place is for 2 guests looking for a day at the beach and boardwalk. The home is just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, and steps away from delis, bars and restaurants as well. A full bathroom, air conditioning, microwave, fridge and large flat-screen TV are provided. We ask that you adhere to quiet hours after 10p.m. Sunday to Thursday, and 1a.m. Friday and Saturday.
