The living room sports a comfy leather couch from Article and a smart Roku TV: log in and stream so you don't miss your favorite series while you're away! Also relax with included board games, books, or the record player that can also connect to your phone via Bluetooth. Two additional chairs can be used to accommodate your group. The locally-sourced rock fireplace hearth provides a wonderful visual setting. The wood fireplace is for decoration only. Don't fear; the house does have central heating and A/C to keep you and your guests comfortable! Dining room includes 4 chairs and a bench; room for the whole family! There's also a cocktail shaker and utensils to mix your favorite drinks. Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen with gas oven/stove (with pot filler!), full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. You'll also be able to avail yourself of the toaster, rice cooker, kettle, and a simple drip coffee maker. We've included knives and other cooking utensils, along with pots and pans for your cooking needs. There are also plates, bowls, silverware, mugs, and glasses for up to 8 guests. All bedrooms are professionally cleaned before each visit, and come equipped with linens and pillows for all guests and seasons. The primary bedroom is decked out with a king-size bed and two nightstands with lamps. There's plenty of closet space and hangers to store your clothes during your stay. You'll also have another smart Roku TV in the room. The primary has an ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower, hair dryer, and another closet for additional storage space. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed and its own closet, hangers, and mirror. You'll also have a small TV with Roku device for streaming. The third bedroom is ideal for little ones or more friends! It comes with two sets of bunk beds and another closet with hangers. The second bathroom is a full bath with tub/shower combo, a toilet, and sink. Both bathrooms are supplied with towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner to help you save luggage space. There is a washer and dryer, both available for your use during your stay. Detergent and fabric softener is not guaranteed; you may need to supply your own. Outside, walk into a desert wonderland of relaxation. Note the covered, open-air dining set for up to 8 guests, and have fun grilling for your guests using the included propane grill (propane supplied). Once you finish dinner, relax in the comfy outdoor lounge set around the fire table (propane supplied) and watch the stars in the luxury, 5-person Hot Spring hot tub, heated year-round. In the summer months, cool off in the rustic 6-foot Cowboy Pool (not heated). You can charge your electric vehicle using the 240V, 40A outlet next to the garage. (Bring your own cable; see photos.) The kitchen is equipped with a kids' dining set (plates, cups, silverware). A convertible high chair/booster, infant bassinet, and a Pack 'n' Play crib are provided. Enjoy the desert's finest! Guest access On your check-in day, you will be sent a unique code to enter the house using our smart lock, for easy check-in. You'll have access to the entire house, front yard, and fenced back yard. Other things to note Pet Fees: We welcome your dogs. Please let us know if you plan to bring them along. $50/stay for up to two pets (dogs) for incidentals. A small food and water dish are available.
