There is a large local grocery store on the corner just within 3 minutes walk. Easily walk around the neighborhood to enjoy the fresh air or get a little exercise. Free street parking is available on Park Ave right in from of the property. Free private parking on the premise behind the property for 1 car. We do not allow parties to be held on the property. The house is located in a residential neighborhood and we would like to keep the noise down to a minimum. Other guest are welcome in the home, but no more than the listed amount of people that are able to stay at a time.
