Take a break and unwind at this peaceful lake view home In Historic Rockaway Beach on lake Taneycomo known for its great Trout fishing! Relax watch the birds and enjoy the peace and quite Rockaway has to offer. And it’s only 20 minutes from all the attractions in Branson! This home sits across the street from the Lake, Park, Public Fishing dock and Boat launch! The space Our Home is geared towards large families because we are a large family & we know what it’s like traveling with a large group. but it’s also great for couples looking for a quite relaxing weekend. It’s nothing fancy but it’s clean & cozy. We can accommodate up to 9 guests but Please note there are only 2 bedrooms that offer privacy. The rest of the sleeping accommodations are located in the living room & dining room. Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed with an attached bathroom with a small shower stall Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed The Livingroom area has a queen sized bed with a pull out twin sized bed and the couch makes out into a full sized bed. in the front yard area there is a Charcoal Grill, a fire pit and seating so you can enjoy the view. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you need to cook a meal at home. You will have the entire main floor of the home but please be aware that there is another rental unit upstairs and a basement used for storage below. Guest access you will have full access to the main floor rental unit and front yard area with the grill and fire pit. And shared access to the laundry room and sidewalks. Other things to note Rockaway Beach is a small quite town with a very interesting history that’s currently undergoing revitalization. Lake Taneycomo is a great fishing lake but not great for swimming due to the cold temperatures. Please note we have no control over the weather Sometimes the lake is beautiful & full other times it’s mossy. Parking, Laundry Room sidewalk are shared. Quiet hours: 11pm- 7 AM. Please be respectful of the other guests staying directly above you. This is a residential area so no parties, loud music, or unregistered guests. No smoking in the house. $100 fine if smoke or marijuana is detected in the house. Pets must be supervised. Please keep them off Furniture and in kennel when not home. Please Pick up after your pets.
