Getaway to the beautiful Snowy Mountains and reconnect with nature in style. Nestled in native Snowy region bushland, the tiny home offers the escape from the every day you're looking for with all the creature comforts. Surrounded by native vegetation on the banks of a creek, you can listen to the flowing water while watching the kangaroos, echidnas, wombats, and native birds in their natural habitat. Maybe even spot a platypus if you're lucky! The space The beautiful off-grid tiny offers everything you need in unique and luxurious self-contained space. The loft bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed, with a skylight to enjoy the spectacular night sky. The outdoor bath can be used all year round for a relaxing soak outdoors. Inside, the house contains a separate bathroom with a shower and composting toilet. Large fluffy towels are provided! The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, stove-top kettle, toaster, and all you need to make a meal. All your coffee needs will be met with the Nespresso coffee machine. The well appointed windows, not only bring the outside in, but also provide passive solar heat. For the really cold or really hot days, a split cycle air conditioner will get the space to the temperature you want. Guest access The home is self contained and located on a working cattle farm. It is located just off a main tar road, with about 600m of graveled drive way through the farm paddocks. The Tiny house itself is located in a biosecurity protection zone, away from all farm stock. Please do not meander or drive around on adjacent farm land. All gates must be shut on entry and exit! Other things to note The property is located in the native bush and has very limited (if any) mobile service right at the house. Its location means that whilst you can enjoy the native wildlife, you also need to be vigilant for it; snakes, spiders, and flies are around as well. The toilet is composting, and as such nothing except toilet paper and human waste can be disposed of in it. Full instructions are provided onsite. Registration Details Exempt
