This stylish place to stay is perfect for group and family trips. Gated property with lots of parking. Newly remodeled and well designed. 4 bedrooms with king size beds and 1 queen, large living room, fully stocked kitchen with brand-new stainless-steel appliances. Fence pool and BBQ grill. Other things to note POOL: This pool does NOT have a heater. BBQ: Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it's $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. KEYS: Any Missing keys to the property will be subjected to a $150 fee per set of keys. CLICKERS: Any gate/garage clickers missing to the property will be subjected to a $150 per clicker PETS: $250/per pet fee UTILITIES: Additional $750/MO for long stays. This will be requested and due after booking. Payment request will be through AirBnb resolution center.
