Welcome to this peaceful and centrally located space in Sarasota! This is the second master bedroom in a four-bedroom single family home. There is another master bedroom suite being listed for Airbnb as well. So there might be other guests when you visit. This is a pet friendly property! We have a friendly Shiba Inu dog living with us on the other side of the property which we have our own entrance. The space This master suite is equipped with private shower/bathroom, walk-in closet, central AC, ceilings fans, mini fridge along with French doors exiting out to the enclosed deck. You'll find your Private Suite Comfortable, Convenient and EXTREMELY CLEAN! Our guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place: 10 minutes away from the Sarasota Polo Club; 25 minutes from Siesta Key Beach (#1 Beach); 10 minutes from Nathan Benderson Park; 12 minutes from UTC Mall; 20 minutes from John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art; Guest access Free parking on the Driveway. Guests can access the SHARED kitchen, Pool and dining room. During your stay I give my guests space and I will be available in person if you need anything! I stay on one side of the property. Other things to note This house uses well water with brand new water softener and filtration system installed in Oct 2022. The water is SAFER, CLEANER, and HEALTHIER. To get the best result, our water softener and filtration system was scheduled for self-cleaning cycle daily from 1am to 4am when our guests are normally in sound sleep. We appreciate if you would not have to shower in this time window. This house is a smoke-free zone! There may be other guests when you visit, so we would like to maintain a courteous quiet time starting from 11pm to 7am. Please be mindful of other guests. Dog policy: Potty trained dogs are welcome with conditions. Barkers, furniture jumpers or chewers are not welcome. We ask that your dog be not left unattended if it meets the above criteria.
