Violation to smoke / take marijuana inside the room or balcony, fine of 5000 baht will be applied and subjected to termination of your reservation without any refund. • Guests must not do anything to deactivate, block and/or turn off the smoke detectors. The penalty fee of 5,000 baht will be charged per device if found. We can terminate your booking immediately for violation of this rule without any refund. • The guest must comply all builder rules if violate any of the building rules the penalty fee as per the rules will be applied. • Do not throw any tissues and sanitary pad in toilet bowl. If clog, the service fee will be charged. • Do not change or replace the shower head or shower hose, as this may impact the water pressure and cause malfunction. If any damage or malfunction occurs again due to this reason, a minimum penalty fee of 1,000 baht will be applied. If a technician is required and the repair cost exceeds 1,000 baht, the actual repair cost will be charged accordingly. • No daily cleaning provided during the stay. • Please also note this is not a hotel.
