Modern and central in the monument

The apartment is very centrally located on Strausberger Platz, is on the top 7th floor and is only 12 minutes away from Berlin Central Train Station with the U5. The entire building ensemble is a listed building (monument protection). It was designed and built by the architect H. Henselmann in the 1950s. The apartment was completely renovated and modernized in 2018. Although the location is central and lively (near Alexanderplatz), the apartment is quiet - thanks to the insulating glass panes.
