A perfect place to stay for many occasions. The neighborhood is beautiful to walk through, with shops, restaurants and activities just a few blocks away on Main Street.! The space With comfortable accommodations to sleep 6 , Manti Temple View Home is the perfect place to stay when visiting the Manti Temple (across the street), Palisades State Park (15 min. away), Snow College (8 min. away), or for any occasion while enjoying this beautiful area. Your home away from home. -Main floor: living room with smart TV, full kitchen, master bedroom with king bed , full bathroom with shower and tub, laundry. -Basement floor: 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each (bedrooms are separated by a privacy curtain, bathroom with shower. The stairs to basement rooms curve and are a bit narrow. Parking- Plenty of parking on street and one parking spot in driveway. No garage access. NO VAPING, DRUGS OR SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN HOME OR ON PROPERTY. Minimum $500 fine. NO PETS IN HOME OR ON PROPERTY. Minimum $300 fine. NO ALCOHOL. Minimum $300 fine. Guests will be charged for any theft, damage, neglect, etc. caused by guest(s). Please contact host with any questions. Thank you! Guest access Access information to the home will be sent to you via Airbnb before your stay. No access to garage, furnace room, or storage closets allowed. There isn't a back yard because the view from the front yard is so awesome! Please: do not block the mailbox or trash cans (trash day is Tuesday). No parking or driving on lawn or patio. Only one parking spot in driveway but plenty of free parking on street. Other things to note Be sure to review and follow all house rules listed on booking. Please close all windows, turn off all lights and fans, and lock doors, upon check-out. Due to the age of the home (1940) there is lead paint on areas both inside and outside the home. Lead paint should not be ingested. Do not eat paint, or cause to be airborne and inhaled. Pregnant women and young children should take extra precaution. We have not had a problem with the lead paint. Please do not flush anything down the toilets besides toilet paper. Wipes, feminine products, paper towels, etc., clog the toilets.
