Other things to note The bunk bed room located next to the primary bedroom on the first floor is a Jack-and-Jill style room. It can be accessed through the primary bedroom and also has its own exterior exit via the laundry room or backyard. For added comfort, this room includes its own in-wall heating. Please note that the property includes an upstairs ADU that may be occupied by another guest during your stay. All interior living spaces and backyard amenities listed for this unit are private.
