Please note: Passenger vehicles will only be allowed in the condominium, Viaes, Jet-ski, vans, motorhome, Carretinhas and any type of Towing. ⚠️⚠️ LISTING: ●The value of the listing corresponds to up to 5 guests including children and infants. ●Above 5 guests will be charged an extra per night per guest (the total amount will appear for you when you select the exact amount of guests). ●The maximum capacity of the apartment is 8 people including infants and children. MAIN ⚠️RULES: ● Guests must respect the quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., as well as all the rules of the condominium and apartment's internal regulations. If not respected, the guest will be asked to withdraw from the condominium even if days are left to complete their stay. ●I kindly ask you to wash the dishes and take the garbage to the building's dumpsters (next to the bike rack). No Dispose of garbage in the outer area around the dumps. ●It is not allowed to receive visits during the accommodation. We do 🐕 not accept pets and or other pets. ●No hanging clothes, towel and objects on the balcony, use the floor clothesline you have in the apartment. ● Please, when you leave the apartment, turn off the lights, air-conditioning and TVs and keep the windows closed. 🚾 Do not play on toilet paper, pads, diapers and toys, if this occurs, it will be the guest's total responsibility and requiring repairs will be charged for them. 🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. ●We do not provide bed linens, bath linens, blankets, toiletries, or cleaning supplies. ●The apartment has 6 pillows, all with waterproof covers.
