The house on the ocean

Located in the charming Courtoisville district, renowned for its beautiful homes, our haven of peace is tucked away in a cul-de-sac with direct access to the promenade and the large Sillon beach. Close to all amenities, you can leave your car in front of the house and do everything on foot: 2 minutes from the Thermes marins, the Surf School and its water sports activities and all the shops, 15 minutes from Intra-Muros (the old town and its ramparts) and 10 minutes from the train station. The space The house welcomes you on the 1st floor with its large living room, including the office where we write our documentaries scripts while looking out at the sea from the bow window. If you're a music lover, you can play on the piano that belonged to our great-grandfather, who was organist at Saint-Malo Cathedral for 60 years. An extension of the living room, the dining room opens onto the fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, induction hob...), which opens directly onto the teak terrace for sunny meals. The fresco was created by our eldest daughter to prolong the magic of the garden at the foot of the terrace. Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom (200x200cm bed) with a small balcony where you can enjoy your coffee with a sea view. Our youngest daughter's large turquoise-blue bedroom (bed 140 x 200) overlooks the garden. And our youngest daughter's bedroom (bed 90x200) opens onto a small veranda overlooking the sea. On this floor, the bathroom-WC is spacious. On the garden level, you'll find a large bedroom and washbasin, with bay windows that plunge into the foliage. On this level, you'll also find a shower/laundry room equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer. A second toilet is available on the garden level. The house is fully equipped: TV, Wifi available. Free parking in front of the house. Guest access You have access to the entire house, with the exception of the attic and cellar, where personal belongings are stored. Other things to note A rainwater collector in front of the house lets you rinse your feet when you return from the page.
