Born as a Grotto during the XIX, this incredibly charming cottage is reachable only by boat, a unique chance to retreat and enjoy the maximum possible level of privacy. To allow you to go sightseeing in the picturesque nearby villages on the lake's shore, we will leave a boat at your complete disposal for the whole stay. Join us to feel the warmth of our big fireplace during the cold nights in Winter or appreciate the view from our beautiful veranda just above the lake. The space Welcome to our beautiful lakeside cottage, with three floors available for your stay. You'll have access to two of the floors, while the third is used for storage. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully renovated kitchen with modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine and induction cooktop. The dining room features a cozy fireplace, perfect for creating unforgettable memories. A small guest bathroom is located next to the fireplace. The spacious living room has large windows that offer breathtaking lake views and is ideal for entertaining guests. The first floor has three bedrooms, two with queen-size beds and the third with two single beds. The master bedroom is particularly inviting with its beautiful lake view. The covered patio, a unique and charming terrace, is located next to one of the bedrooms and offers stunning views of both the lake and the beautiful city of Lugano. It's the perfect place to enjoy the lake's atmosphere in any season. The first floor also has a bathroom with a large shower, full amenities, and a hairdryer. Our lake-view villa has a lush garden with plane trees that are centuries old surrounding the house. There are deck chairs for you to relax in and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. On the front side, you can take a moment to relax or read a book in a context of total privacy. Guest access With the exception of the third floor, which is designated for storage, all of the spaces in the cottage are accessible to guests.
