This property consists of: - an entrance hall - a living room with a sofa, coffee table, two armchairs, TV, internet/Wi-Fi and a desk - a dining room open to the kitchen with a large table for 6 people and a dresser - a fully equipped kitchen, with oven and microwave, fridge/freezer, stove, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and everything you need to cook - a 1st bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, wardrobe - a 2nd bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, wardrobe and desk a bathroom with shower, sink and towel rail - a separate toilet Apartment equipped with hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Linens (sheets, towels and tea towels) are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Other things to note Check-in: It is done in the apartment between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. When you book, we will ask you to tell us your exact arrival time so that one of our agents can wait for you at the chosen apartment. In case of delay, we will ask you to notify us in order to reorganize. An additional charge of €30 will be charged if check-in is after 8pm, and an additional charge of €50 for any check-in after 10pm. If the apartment is not occupied the night before, we offer you the possibility of check-in before 2pm. Please contact our services if you are concerned, we will be happy to accommodate your request. Late arrival: An agent must wait for you to welcome you, in case of late arrival, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible. Any delay of more than one hour will be charged €30. Check-out: Check-out/key handover must be between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Our representative, following an agreed time, will meet you at the apartment for an inventory and the return of the keys. If you have to leave before 8 a.m. you will be charged an extra €30. In the event that the apartment is not occupied the following night, we offer you the possibility to stay in the premises until 3pm. In order to organize yourself, do not hesitate to contact our services which will tell you whether or not you can stay. Any delay or absence at the handover of the keys at checkout will be charged €30. Housekeeping: Apartments must be returned in the state of cleanliness in which they were entrusted to tenants, with the exception of linens (sheets and towels do not need to be cleaned by the tenant). If the tenant does not wish to do the exit cleaning, they have the possibility to purchase this service, at the same time as their reservation, for €40 (see Rags and Mop service). This amount is increased to €80 for large apartments. If the apartment is returned in an unsatisfactory state of cleanliness, the sum of €80 may be deducted from the tenant's deposit. Day Use: If your departure from the apartment must be after 3 p.m., we suggest you keep it by paying only 20% of the nightly price up to a limit of 7 p.m. provided that it is not rented the same evening. If you are in this situation, contact us, we will try to complete your request. Sunday and holidays: We inform you that if you plan to arrive or leave the apartment on a Sunday or a French public holiday, you will be asked for a surcharge of €30. Non-smoking apartment: Respecting everyone's health, all our apartments are non-smoking. We will therefore ask you to respect this choice for a better environment. Capacity of the apartment: The number of people occupying the apartment must absolutely not exceed the number of beds indicated on the technical sheet of the rented property.
