The front porch is a great spot to relax or read a book in the summer. The nice fireplace will keep you and a loved one warm on those chilly winter nights. Great space to relax. The space Completely remodeled farm house and yet still a work in progress to make this an amazing retreat! Open and airy large rooms with complete privacy and great country views. This is my home sweet home and private residence that I’ve decided to share in-between my travels! A great place to get away from it all while still having some home comforts and amenities. Guest access This rental is for upstairs and main level of home as well as one garage space and yard areas. I do live in the basement, but it is completely separate area and I do not stay when guests are here. Outbuildings and barn are off limits please. Back 20 access only allowed with separate rental agreement. Other things to note I allow your well behaved and housebroken pets with extra fee. Large in/out dog kennel that is fenced as well as large unfenced yard for your use. We also have a pasture available with two shelters for use should you be traveling with horses and room to park your horse trailer. Water barrel, water, hay feeder included in pasture rent. Room for several horses. *Please note this is for entire upstairs of house only (2 floors). The basement which is seperate private area is not available and off limits to guests. I do not stay there when you are booked. It also does not give access to outbuildings. That is a seperate rate.
