This is a beautiful Airbnb space. The host does not live at the property, only guests. Complete privacy, Highspeed wifi, heating and cooling, Thermostat controlled by guest. I have 2 bedrooms to rent and a shared bath. The room comes with a queen size bed , a table and a chair for work and ample place for storage (Great for long term stays). Please check all the amenities. Please be aware the hot tub can be used after paying a $10 fee per person per night. The space The house is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need in your house. The place is recently remodeled with new floor and bathroom. Loaded with full kitchenette with a coffee filter, toaster, blender, pots and pans, plates, bowls and glasses. The place is cleaned and disinfected after every stay. The sheets are removed and changed. Get an awesomely clean room every time you stay. Thermostat controlled by the guest as per their liking. Guest access Guests will check in with the help of a key in the lockbox. The door is just 5 steps from the free dedicated parking space. The host will send the Lock box code and check-in details on the date of the booking . Early check in is available with prior approval. Other things to note The place is very close to ASU. Tempe Town Lake, Kiwanis Lake, Tempe Market Place are with a short driving distance. Great for people travelling just for a relaxing vacation or business or exploring Tempe or travel nurses. The location is in the center of most business offices and supermarkets. Very close to everything you will need. Look for other listings under my name where I rent the full apartment for very cheap for top Privacy.
