Apartment Y

Hello! We are Karla and Francisco, it will be a pleasure to be your hosts, we invite you to stay with us, our apartment has access with a key, you can arrive at any time you like, it has parking for one car, laundry in the backyard, 15 min from downtown walking and a little more than 2km from the boardwalk. It has 3 mini-splits and a TV in each bedroom so you can enjoy your favorite series. Around the corner you have an OXXO convenience store and within walking distance of several stores. The space Apartment Y is located a few meters from the transpeninsular highway on the ground floor of a four-apartment building (you can hear noise from the floor above). It has two bedrooms with a queen-size bed, a mini-split in each area, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a dining room. It has a small backyard with a laundry room and a space to park your car. Kitchen equipped with a 6-burner stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, blender, coffee maker and various utensils to prepare delicious meals. Guest access All areas are exclusive to the apartment, there are no common areas. The entrance to the apartment is through a code that will be provided on the day of your arrival before three in the afternoon. There is a parking area in front of the apartment. Recommended beaches for children: Loreto boardwalk beach, Nopolo beach, both beaches have shower facilities and the boardwalk beach has free bathrooms for the convenience of its visitors. Fridays are perfect for immersing yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the youth market in Plaza de Loreto, where you can enjoy its stalls and walk among restaurants with live music. Places you can't miss: Isla Coronado, San Javier, Isla Danzante. In my profile there are guides and photos of these beautiful places. 76 km north of Loreto is Bahía Concepción, which has the best beaches in Baja. You can enjoy turquoise waters.
