We take them to curb and back in, you just simply take your trash to the bins. Hassle-free! MAX 2 CARS There are parking spaces for two small to medium size vehicles in the garage and one in the driveway. Do not park on the sidewalks. All vehicles must fit in the driveway or garage. THE PARKING ACROSS THE STREET IS NOT OURS. Please do not park there, you will be liable for towing and ticket fees. For guests staying over one week, the pool will need to be topped off by the garden hose to ensure proper use of the pool. The pool is professionally maintained weekly but making sure the pool is filled properly is the guests responsibility. Long term guests may choose additional house cleanings during their stay for an additional fee of $185 per clean. An exterior camera is located over the driveway.
