There is also plenty of street parking Other things to note I do not accept all pets. please request before booking what type of pet you plan on bringing. animals must be groomed 24 hours before arrival, brushed daily outside before entering the home and kept off the furniture and beds. I charge a minimum of $200 per animal for a pet fee. I do not offer the use of the fireplace. All guests must submit a selfie picture and there full legal name to satisfy the communities safety requirement. guest must send the licence plate number of all cars. all guests must remain respectful to the neighborhood and property. it's exspected that 2 people sleep per bed. if additional beds are needed it's $40 per bed. early check-in attempts or late checkouts will result in a minimum fine of $200. Cameras on outside of home are fake. Groups arriving with more than two cars should contact the host first as parking is limited. I’ve made furniture upgrades, I’ve added a couch and changed another couch. I’ve added end tables and lamps to the entire home. All additions are upgrades but similar to the pictures. No electric car charging. Minimum fine for electric car charging from the home is $100 No vehicles over a half ton. The fifth bedroom is a converted garage with two king-size beds. This bedroom is heated but can be drafty and cold in the winter Primary guests must add all other guests as Co travelers to the reservation. Gas and electricity ($225 per month) and water ($175 per month) should not exceed the cost quoted. Guests should not leave water or gas or electricity on while away from property. Anything above the cost quoted the guest will need to pay additionally. Guests are responsible to pay for any and all plumbing blockages caused by miss use.
