Guest access - Feel free to use the utility area on the 3rd floor of the building such as swimming pool, gym, golf room, sauna room, BBQ barbecue. - Especially the building has its own children's playground and campus in the building as a miniature green park in the heart of Phu My Hung. - Each apartment is equipped with high speed internet up to 150MGB. - You can use free tea bags and coffee in the apartment. Kitchen utensils such as dishes, oven, microwave, chopsticks, boiling kettle, dishwasher and full cooking utensils like home are also available in our apartments. - Personal items such as towels, dryer, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper or laundry detergent, commune water for laundry are all provided for free. - Daily will give cleaning and towel change for free. - The apartment is also designed with a private yard to use the washing machine instead of integrating to use the balcony, we have fully equipped with washing liquid, communal water for clothes to make amenities perfect for every family. Other things to note 1. It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, poisons, explosives into the apartment. Prohibition of gambling, drug use in the building area, you are fully responsible before the law, if you violate the penalty of 20,000,000 vnd and handle according to the law. 3. Do not arbitrarily remove the property from the room without the consent of the management staff. If lost, damage to property must compensate. 4. Do not open the sound device too loud that affects the people around you. 5. Please lock the door, balcony door, turn off the electricity when going out of the room. 6. Self-preservation stores all valuables of the individual. Please let the manager know when your room key is lost or stolen. We will not be responsible for losses. 7. Please do not stain the towels (e.g. blood , tattoo ink, food stains, butts,…..). Violation of 5 usd/piece fine. 8. Please do not put food on the bed, sofa or spill food, spill dirty substances that cannot be washed (e.g.: blood , tattoo ink, food stains, butts, ….) on the bed, sofa,...If you violate a fine of 100 usd/set. 9. Please throw trashs into recycle bin and throw trashs before drop off house.
