Private and cozy backyard cottage in North Oakland's Gaskill neighborhood with shared backyard access. The perfect space to work or explore Oakland and the East Bay. Steps to Emeryville and very close to Berkeley. *New mattress as of January, 2024* The space Includes a small kitchen cart with coffee maker, hot water kettle, microwave, fridge, and toaster. Dishes and flatware provided, however there is not a full kitchen. Coffee and tea included. Other things to note Check-in between 3 - 10pm. If you need to check-in after 10pm, please let me know. A late check-in fee of $50 will be applied for any check-ins after 11pm.
