We are the place of the sounds of the sea and happiness… Guest access Access to the property is via the Carretera del Litoral, a scenic route in excellent condition. To enter the condominium, there is a short 2 to 3 minute walk along a rural street (dirt and stone). This is not a climb, but for convenience for this short stretch we recommend arriving in a 4x4, 4x2, minibus or any high vehicle. 👉 Low-riding sedan vehicles are not recommended. ⸻ 🏡 Check-in and Security The house is located in a private condo with access control, so it is mandatory to send the full names of all guests before check-in. Only people included in the previously sent list may enter. Everyone entering must show their ID at the condo's security booth and at the concierge to enter the property, except for minors. Outside visitors are not allowed, and for safety reasons, service providers other than those pre-selected and recommended to the guest by the house are not allowed. ⸻ 👥 Capacity The maximum capacity is 19 guests over the age of 3. On this platform, you can select up to 16 guests, and request up to 3 additional guests at a cost of $80 per person per night. ⸻ 🧳 Concierge and Assistance Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our concierge, who will help you with your luggage and provide you with all the directions to the place. The concierge resides in the caretaker's house, located behind the main house, and is available to assist you with inquiries 24 hours a day during your stay. Other things to note ✨ Options for your food: A) Ocean View Equipped Kitchen: You can bring your own food and cook it at home. We have everything you need for a comfortable preparation. B) Kitchen service at home – $65/day A member of our team will cook, serve and clean (8am-7pm). You bring the ingredients and deliveries at home. Salvadoran homemade dishes are prepared, you will give directions that you will want and the time. Book at least 2 days in advance. C) PERSONAL CHEF IN FINE DINING: We share their contact when booking. You can coordinate the menu and payment directly with it. He is in charge of buying ingredients, taking them home, preparing them in the moment and serving them for you. Book at least 5 days in advance of your arrival. D) Restaurants with delivery In the house find our recommendation of restaurants with house delivery (8am-6pm). E) Surf City Restaurants Just 8 minutes by car you will find great options. We will also share our favorite recommendations. For safety reasons, the entry of external providers is not allowed.
