The serene master bedroom includes stylish shiplap walls and a king bed, while the second bedroom also offers a comfortable king bed. A clever hallway nook with four built-in bunk beds provides a fun and cozy space for additional guests. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the furnished balcony, which overlooks a peaceful pond. This condo is designed to be your perfect getaway, blending modern comfort with coastal charm. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire condo for the duration of their stay. Entry is simple and secure with a keyless smart lock, so you can start your vacation without delay. During your stay, you will have access to a fantastic range of community amenities, including: Shared beach access, just steps away from the gorgeous emerald Gulf of Mexico and its sugary white sand Three community pools (some are seasonally heated) A relaxing hot tub Tennis and pickleball courts Other things to note ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
