Cozy Lakefront Cottage

Enjoy and relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The Chautauqua lake is just a few steps from the backyard. Enjoy fishing, (ice fishing in the winter!) boating, bonfire, bbq, canoeing and breathtaking sunsets are not to be missed! This home is newly renovated and is located near all major shops and amenities. Free parking. The space It is an open concept space with 2 bedrooms and one bath. Fully equipped kitchen with in house washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a view of the lake! Guest access Guess will have access to the entire cottage. Other things to note * Please note that we have “no” AC on the cottage but each bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and we will provide portable AC’s on premises. * The cottage has a private dock for kayaks and canoes, but no launching areas for boats however, there are nearby parks such as Lakewood Community Park (a few houses from the cottage) and the Celeron Park where you can launch your boat* * No available Kayaks for guest* * We do not provide Firewood for the fire pit but it is available for purchase on every gas station in our area.* Safety Notice: This is a lakefront property with direct access to the water and an unfenced shoreline. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
