This 1855 Blacksmith's Forge is newly converted especially for guests to enjoy the Outstanding Natural Beauty of the Surrey Hills (AONB) This self-contained Studio affords Luxury & Comfort, with freedom to come & go as you please. Situated in a secluded spot in the Garden of the Main House in Kingswood Village, Guests have countryside walks on the doorstep & nearby Box Hill Easy access to London train 50 mins, Reigate & Epsom, National Trust etc 10 Mins M25 30 Mins Gatwick Airport The space - Ideal Peaceful Remote Working Space - Wifi & Office Desk with garden view. - Private en suite shower room. - Kitchen comprising of: sink, separate filter water tap, fridge with freezer box, double electric hob plate, microwave, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils. - Kingsize Bed - Premium memory foam mattress with soft linen, large towels and a selection of pillows. - Cosy Underfloor Heating & control your own heating. - Outside: Parking (for one car) on our driveway. - Secluded Patio outdoor space at the rear of our garden behind our large beautiful Bay Tree. - Our Village of Kingswood has a Rail Station, a new bakery, friendly Post Office and Gastro Pub The Kingswood Arms. - Local High Street: we are a 15 drive to Reigate where you will find Cote Brasserie, The Ghurkha Kitchen, Veeno Rigate, Pizza Express, Gail’s bakery, several cafes, Gastro pubs, boutique shopping and more. - The Area: a short drive to the famous RHS Wisley Gardens, several National Trust properties and grounds, Golf Clubs, extensive cycling area including Box Hill, Hampton Court, Chessington World of Adventures, Wimbledon, Thorpe Park, Painshill Park and much more. Guest access The Forge and the patio is for the guests sole use accessed by a pathway from the Gravel Drive. The driveway and main garden area is also sometimes used by the family but you are quite secluded as The Forge is behind our large beautiful Bay Tree. Other things to note Smoking Allowed Outside on the Patio Area only. We respectfully ask for No Smoking or Lit Candles inside the Forge
