Lovely 1bed/1bath apartment

This apartment is located 5-10 minutes to the airport, local grocery stores, shopping centers, hospitals, and highway. Rio Grande Valley Premium Outlet shopping center is around 15 minutes away in Mercedes, Tx. McAllen and Edinburg will take you around 35-40 minutes. If you’d like to visit the beach, South Padre Island is around 45-60 minuets away. Please make contact with me if you have any questions. The space This apartment has everything seen in the attached photos that you will need for your stay to include a full kitchen with a microwave, crockpot, and a 4 chair dining room table. A comfortable seating arrangement in the living room with a 50" Amazon firetv. The bedroom contains a queen size bed, dresser, nightstand, bedside lamp, and a 32" roku tv. Although a washer and dryer are not located on property, there is one conveniently located next door on a first come first serve basis. These machines are operated by using quarters ($1.50 ea use). Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire apartment. There is a utility room located next door for use on a first come first serve basis. Guests may park in the spots located on the left side of the parking area. Other things to note There is a Nest Thermostat located on the wall behind the kitchen table next to the vented door. Guests will be able to operate the AC between the range of 72-78. Depending on the weather here in South Texas, if guests desire for the heater, please let me know asap.
