Modern apartment with great views in quiet natural surroundings. The apartment is part of a four-person house. Close to the city center, cross-country trails and alpine slopes. Our apartment is located in Ustedalen, five minutes from the city center by car and offers many great hiking opportunities right outside the door, both on foot and on skis. The cross-country ski trail is right outside the door, and Geilo beach is only a few hundred meters away (ice rink in winter). With little development around the apartment, there is an incredible view of fjords and mountains in peaceful surroundings. The apartment has two bedrooms (without heating, sofa bed 140x200 in the guest room), a spacious bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and living room with heating cables in the floor, as well as fireplace and veranda. Find peace in the evening in front of the fireplace with streaming services from the TV, board games or Nintendo Switch. The apartment has balanced ventilation. We have a parking space with space for 3 cars and charging option for electric car (currently only on plug, by own agreement on price). Guest access Kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom. Other things to note The apartment is new and all walls are plastered. We ask that guests treat the apartment with respect, follow the house rules and leave the apartment as they received it.
