SEPT/OCT PROMOTION! Where jungle meets the beach. This recently build teak cabin overhangs the jungle, yet it's just minutes away from the beach, on top of the first hill overlooking playa Maderas. We are one of the closest apartments to the beach! The modern open space opens up to the trees and lets in a nice breeze. NOTE: For long term bookings (28 days or more), electricity will be metered and charged separately! The space You will enjoy this warm, yet light apartment. All the windows are screened to make you feel comfortable in the tropics, yet the terrace doors and all windows can slide open to let in the air. Fully equipped kitchen, dining table/work space and living room in the main area and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. A safe, small battery backup and an emergency light are present as well as good WIFI. The bedroom has AC and a fan, there are fans in the living and dining area. Other things to note NOTE: For long term bookings (28 days or more) electricity will be metered and charged separately! We can set up transportation for you with a reliable 4x4 taxi, who can even stop with you at the supermarket and/or grocery store. Sore from surfing? We can call a very good masseuse to come and give you a massage. She will bring her table and do it right at the casita! We provide a starter kit of salt & pepper, oil, dish wash soap, hand soap, garbage bags and toilet paper. You are responsible for refills yourself. We change sheets and towels 1x p/week. Cleaning is not included. The basic cleaning tools are there: broom, mob, scrubber and bucket. If needed/wanted we can arrange weekly cleaning. Please ask for details and prices.
